Return Information

If the replacement you receive does not work or resolve the issue with your product, please contact Toshiba’s Customer Care department for further troubleshooting and warranty replacement instructions. Please call 1-800-631-3811 to speak with a Toshiba Customer Representative. The product should not be sent to our Returns department for a refund or exchange.

We only accept returns on product, if the item is unused, in “as-new” condition and with all its original packaging.

If you meet our return conditions and need to return your merchandise to us, you may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. Just fill out the return section on your order's packing slip and send it back to us. We recommend that you send it back pre-paid through a traceable method.

You will receive your credit within 7-10 business days. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.
